Voter registration for the 2026 midterm elections is currently active across various states. Pennsylvania residents can check their registration status, and voters who are not registered can still take part in the election. Idaho and Texas have issued guides for Election Day voters, advising them to vote in person instead of using mail-in ballots. The Los Angeles Times reports that unregistered voters can still cast their ballots, while CBS News provides instructions for checking registration in Pennsylvania.
