Tony Romo, the retired NFL quarterback now in the broadcast booth, got taken into custody early on Friday in Milwaukee. Police charged him with OWI. This marks his first such case. Authorities brought him in, then turned him loose after he paid a bond. CBS Sports did not comment right away. Romo remains the host of the main NFL preview shows on CBS before games.
