London police located a young marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff identified the lost animal on July 18. The animal was scared and had no water while shivering. It withstood the difficult ordeal. Animal advocates called it an illegal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers found a rare monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery came during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
