Bandai Namco revealed the Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO and the RG Project vision on that day. Filmmaker Kenji Kamiyama is set to direct for the upcoming anime, scheduled to premiere in the following year. The project creates a fresh Gundam universe, entirely distinct from prior canon. The new model is connected to the upcoming Gundam Rogue Orbit initiative. Kamiyama aims to build a new timeline for the series.
