Andy Burnham's recent proposal for deeper Scottish devolution has been criticized as a blunder. The offer comes amid ongoing discussions about Scotland's independence and devolution. Burnham has invited Nicola Sturgeon to work together on this issue. However, critics argue that the timing of the proposal is inappropriate given the ongoing debates. Some experts have suggested that Burnham's move could hurt the chances of a peaceful resolution to the persistent political tensions in Scotland. Others argue that the proposal could further tighten relations between the UK government and the Scottish administration. The disputed proposal has also raised questions about Burnham's political intentions and whether he is aiming to profit from the ongoing debates.
